Premier League giants Arsenal are eyeing a possible transfer for Real Madrid shot stopper Keylor Navas and they could get him for just £12m according to the report from football.london.

The Costa Rican international goalkeeper has lost his place in the Real Madrid starting XI since the signing of Thibaut Courtois.

Belgian international goal minder Thibaut Courtois signed for the Los Merengues in the summer in a cash-plus-player deal.

Courtois joined the Spanish La Liga giants from Chelsea with Croatian national team player Mateo Kovacic moving to Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan deal until next summer.

The former Atletico Madrid star became a Real Madrid player shortly after he won the Golden Glove at this summer’s FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia following his impressive outings for the Belgian national team.

Courtois and Belgium finished the tournament in third place which is the nation’s best record in the history of the Mundial.

Thibaut Courtois has replaced Keylor Navas as the number one shot stopper at Real Madrid.

Keylor Navas was formerly the first choice goalkeeper and he won three successive Champions League titles with the Spanish capital club in addition to winning the 2016/17 Spanish La Liga title under the guidance of former manager Zinedine Zidane.
