Emerging reports hints that English Premier League side Liverpool could still have their way in the in securing the services of Paris Saint Germain star Adrien Rabiot ahead of the winter transfer window.
Adrien Rabiot is keen to leave the French Ligue 1 giants which makes him insist on not renewing his deal with the club.
The Reds were almost giving up in a deal for the player after reports claimed that Adrien Rabiot has had an agreement with Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona for a deal.
However, Adrien Rabiot’s mother Veronique confirmed that her son is no longer happy at the French side and will definitely seek a move away.
She therefore noted that reports of an agreement reached with Barcelona is false as he stated that they are not allowed to speak with any suitor until in January .
Adrien Rabiot’s mother therefore admitted that the club are reluctant to let him go as they wished he remained much longer but that could not happen as he has gotten his mind away from the club.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Adrien Rabiot will sit on the bench indefinitely for misleading the club in a bid to have him extend his stay.
