English Premier League side Chelsea are reported to be in shock link with Spanish La Liga side Barcelona forward Luis Suarez and they prepare to make an offer in January when the winter transfer window reopens.
Luis Suarez is well familiar with the English league having had a spell with Liverpool before his transfer to the Spanish La Liga giants in 2014 with a fee of £82 million.
He is wanted at the West London club as the solution to the blunt attack by the side with Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud is not firing at the moment.
Luis Suarez has been an unchanged figure for his side and with the 18 games under his belt this season, he has been able to put the ball at the back of the net 11 times in addition to 6 assists.
The Uruguay international has been able to build a solid relationship and partnership with World star player Lionel Messi since his switch to the Camp Nuo.
There are therefore doubts if the Spanish giants will be willing to release the star player knowing his quality, good form and fighting spirit as well.
However, he has got a release clause of about £70 million with his contract expected to expire at Barcelona in 2021.
