German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have been condemned ahead of their Champions League clash against Liverpool next year.

Both sides have been drawn against each other in the knockout stage and former Liverpool and Bayern Munich midfielder Didi Hamann holds the opinion that the German Bundesliga side have no chance against the English Premier League side.

Didi Hamann stated that he sees no opportunities for the Bundesliga side in the game as he gives it to last year’s runner-up, adding that the Reds side have been incredible so far this season which leaves them with the edge over Munich.

He added that for the first time in a while, Bayern Munich have not been fantastic and have not had a complete team as they have been known for. He said it could hunt the Reds in the game.

However, Liverpool are hoping to go beyond last season’s experience having reached the finals last season, losing to Spanish side Real Madrid in the encounter.

The Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is hopeful he has broken the deadlock by winning at least, a silverware this season knowing that he has not won any in his last three years in charge at the club which is gradually raising concerns for the team.
