Chelsea star Antonio Rudiger has reacted to claims that he is in talks with the Blues side over a new deal at the Stamford Bridge.

The star player who joined the West London side in 2017 from Italian Serie A side Roma for a fee of about £31 million is believed to be seeking a move away from the club.

The report states that the Blues side are already in talks with Antonio Rudiger over a new deal so as to keep him away from his suitors but he is come out to state that there is nothing as close as that.

He noted that he still has three years to see out his contract with the club which makes talks of contract renewal untrue.

Antonio Rudiger has been impressive for the manager Maurizio Sarri team so far this season to add to the interesting performance he was able to pull in his debut season under former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

The 25-year-old has contributed to the great season by Chelsea so far as they are now fourth place in the Premier League table in addition to qualifying to the knockout stage of the Europa League after drawing Malmo in the competition.
