Arsenal have been dealt a huge blow in their pursuit of highly rated AS Roma winger Cengiz Under following the news that the Gunners have had a €32m rejected for the player.

Italian media portal Tuttomercato claim that the Gunners made a €32m bid for the player before adding that it was swiftly rejected by the Italian capital club.
Arsenal are in need of forward reinforcements in the wake of the injury to Danny Welbeck.
The 27-year-old will miss the rest of the season after he sustained a serious ankle injury in the Europa League clash with Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon at the Emirates Stadium.
