La Liga giants Real Madrid are in shock move or Chelsea loanee Michy Batshuayi ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.
With the Spanish side currently struggling to win games, it is reported according to Spanish outlet Diario Gol that Los Blancos boss Santiago Solari is desperate to add more quality and competition to his attack in the winter window.
Santiago Solari is therefore reported to have identified Michy Batshuayi as the best fit knowing that he will not only be available but will also be secured at a cheap price.
Real Madrid have been able to monitor the progress of the star forward who is currently on loan with another Spanish side Valencia where he has scored just three goals so far this season.
Michy Batshuayi is obviously going to be released by the West London side knowing that he has failed to establish himself at the Stamford Bridge, as a result, he is currently having his second loan spell after the first with the German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund and scoring nine goals in 14 appearances.
However, Chelsea will be willing to cash in more than the £31.5 million that was paid for Michy Batshuayi when he joined Chelsea in the summer window of 2016 from Marseille.
Chelsea Given Permission To Speak To 41-year-old Man Over Managerial Position
Chelsea have been given the permission to speak with Derby County manager Frank Lampard over their vacant managerial position.
Former Chelsea midfielder Lampard is the top transfer target for his former club in the bid to replace Maurizio Sarri who left Stamford Bridge earlier this month.
The latest development was confirmed by the official Twitter account of English Championship club Derby County on Tuesday afternoon.
Italian tactician Sarri left Chelsea earlier this month to take the Juventus job after just one season as the Blues boss.
The 60-year-old led Chelsea to third place at the end of the recent Premier League season in addition to leading the Blues to two major finals.
Sarri and Chelsea lost the Carabao Cup final to Manchester City on penalties before they won the Europa League title by beating London rivals Arsenal in the final.
Frank Lampard is expected to be his replacement at Chelsea after a superb season as the Derby County manager.
The Chelsea legend led the Rams to the playoffs before losing the final to Aston Villa via a 2-1 defeat.

Man City Stance On Kalidou Koulibaly Revealed
Premier League champions Manchester City have no interest in signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly during this transfer window despite the numerous transfer links involving him and the club.
This is according to the report from the Manchester Evening News (MEN) which revealed that Kalidou Koulibaly does not even figure in the list of centre back transfer targets for the Premier League champions.
Manchester City are already closing in on a world-record transfer for Leicester City defender Harry Maguire this summer.
The Citizens will pay £80m for the England international centre back in addition to weekly wages of £280,000 thus making him one of the highest earners in the Premier League.
His £80m transfer fee would eclipse the world-record fee of £75m paid for Liverpool Virgil Van Dijk when he moved from fellow Premier League club Southampton at the start of last year.
The £75m transfer fee for Virgil Van Dijk has been money well spent for the Reds after the Dutch international skipper helped to transform the Liverpool defence.
Apart from Manchester United and Chelsea, Italian champions Juventus have also been linked with a move for Kalidou Koulibaly this summer with a transfer fee of £107m slapped on him.

Inter Milan are €25m off the valuation for Lukaku with Manchester United not willing to accept a swap deal.
The Nerazzurri had earlier offered long-term transfer target Ivan Perisic in a proposed swap deal for Lukaku, but it was turned down by Manchester United.
Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi has also been mentioned as a sweetener in a swap deal for Romelu Lukaku but Manchester United are adamant that only a cash deal will be enough to sanction the sale of the Belgian international star.
Romelu Lukaku has spent two years at Manchester United since his £75m move from fellow Premier League club Everton thus making him the second most expensive player in the history of the club after Paul Pogba.

Premier League club West Ham United have pulled out of the race to sign Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson this summer according to the publication from the London Evening Standard.
The Hammers are one of several clubs linked with a move for the England international attacker.

The 27-year-old was in very good form for the Cherries during the just concluded Premier League season.
He scored 14 goals and also provided seven assists in 30 games in the Premier League.

The Blues were penalized by world football’s governing body FIFA for wrongdoing in the signing of players under the age of 18 though it must be pointed out that they have appealed the ruling at CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sports).
