Club Brugge forward Wesley Moraes has refused to rule out transfer rumours linking him with a move away from the club.
The Brazilian attacker has emerged as a potential transfer target for Premier League giants Arsenal ahead of the upcoming transfer window scheduled to begin as from January 1.
He spoke to Belgian media outlet Nieuwsbald about those rumours about an exit from Club Brugge.
Wesley Moraes revealed that he would like to stay at Club Brugge until the end of the season before adding that anything can happen.
The 22-year-old further stated that he’s willing to stay with the Belgian Jupiler League side as long as he can.
Wesley Moraes had earlier talked about his decision to turn down a transfer to Italian Serie A giants Lazio in the summer.
He also said that he has been vindicated as he has had more time to develop at Club Brugge.
Moraes has been in sensational form for Club Brugge after netting 10 goals in 22 appearances in all competitions, including seven league goals.
He is seen as a potential replacement for injured Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck who has been ruled out of action for the rest of the season with a serious ankle injury.
