Atletico Madrid Join Race To Sign Cesc Fabregas

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has been offered the chance to return to his native Spain in the wake of the news that Spanish La Liga giants Atletico Madrid want to sign him in the New Year.
The Chelsea future of Fabregas is in serious doubt with just six months remaining on his current deal at Stamford Bridge.
As from the 1st of January, the Spanish international midfielder can start negotiations with foreign clubs on a potential free transfer move.
Italian Serie A giants AC Milan and Manchester United have repeatedly been linked with a move for him.
Milan’s interest in him is said to be an intense one as the seven-time European champions try to sign reinforcements to boost their injury-hit midfield.
Earlier reports from Italy claim that AC Milan have offered Fabregas a two-and-a-half contract until 2021 with a possible transfer worth €10m as they try to sign him in the upcoming transfer window.
Milan have injury worries over midfielders Lucas Biglia and Giacomo Bonaventura who are both long-term absentees.
AC Milan will have to see off Spanish La Liga giants Atletico Madrid whose interest was revealed by media outlet RAC1.
Cesc Fabregas has been an important member of the Chelsea squad since he signed for the club in 2014.
