Liverpool target and Real Madrid youngster Marcos Llorente has been reportedly told by the club management that he will not be leaving the club in the Bernabeu in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

Liverpool were earlier believed to be interested in Marcos Llorente with reports that they were favoured to submit a bid ahead of the winter transfer market.

Marcos Llorente has not been a major part of the Real Madrid team this season having seen just 11 minutes of games in the La Liga which is obviously not enough for a player who is at a development level.

He was therefore reported to have been frustrated at the club and seeking a move away with Chelsea and Liverpool pointed to as suitors who are seeking for his signature.

However, with the latest development, the pursuit of the star player has hit the rock bottom as he is still being wanted at the club by the management.

Marcos Llorente has been told that he will form a major part of the club’ s future and will be handed more playing time in the future.

Meanwhile, Marcos Llorente had earlier stated that his dream is to remain at Madrid and succeed as a regular player.
