Former Arsenal defender Tony Adams has delivered a big verdict about the situation of midfielder Aaron Ramsey at the club.

According to him, Welsh international player Ramsey has upped his game for the Gunners in a bid to attract the interests of big clubs as his time in North London draw to a close.

Arsenal legend Tony Adams made this known while he was on popular English media outlet BT Sport.

Aaron Ramsey is said to be on his way out of the Emirates Stadium following the decision of the Arsenal hierarchy not to offer him a new contract.

His present contract has just six months to run meaning that the 27-year-old can start negotiations with foreign clubs about a possible free transfer move.

He has improved his output for Arsenal in recent games and former Arsenal skipper Tony Adams believes that it’s in a bid for him to attract the interest of European clubs.

The Welshman has been linked with clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea and Bayern Munich ahead of the New Year.

Ramsey has been in fine form in the last two league games.

He provided two assists for the Gunners as a substitute in the 4-2 win over rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

Aaron Ramsey was also in fine form for the Gunners against Manchester United on Wednesday night before his exit to injury.
