Chelsea legend, John Terry who is also the assistant boss at Aston Villa is optimistic that his side will still have Tammy Abraham until the end of the season.
As a result of the impressive performance by the young lad, it was reported that he could be recalled back to the Stamford Bridge which means he will have to cut short his season loan for the return.
The speculations arose after the 21-year-old scored his 11th Championship goal this season in their Saturday’s 3-0 win over Middlesbrough as well as scoring four goals in their last week’s 5-5 draw against Nottingham Forest.
With Chelsea seeming to be losing their focus with a slight dip in form, it is suggested that manager Maurizio Sarri will recall the player so that he can help the club with his goal scoring form.
However, John Terry who has a perfect relationship with the Blues as the club’s legend is optimistic that his side will still have Tammy Abraham until the end of the season.
Meanwhile, the race for the English Premier League is getting more competitive and the Blues are desperate to win a title this term with the Italian manager making the Premier League and Champions League his top priority.
