Championship side Doncaster Rovers are hoping Liverpool do the needful by handing a new contract to star player Herbie Kane so they can be able to extend his loan deal at the club.
Herbie Kane is currently having a loan spell with Doncaster Rovers and has impressed so far which makes the Championship side wish to have the loan spell being extended after learning that the player will not be allowed to return to Liverpool because he will not be handed first team football yet.
His development on loan which is yielding good results as yet to be complete knowing that he cannot secure a first-team place in the Jurgen Klopp’s team.
However, Liverpool are hoping to convince Herbie Kane into signing a new deal with the club so that he can continue with the Championship side as Doncaster Rovers boss Grant McCann has claimed that he wishes to have the player’s loan extended.
Herbie Kane joined Liverpool in 2013 but has enjoyed loan moves than staying with his owners.
He currently in a good form having scored five goals in his last six games for his side as well as having regular playing time.
However, Herbie Kane is already being monitored by suitors as he could decide to take up another experience elsewhere but that will be subject to a departing agreement with Liverpool.
