London clubs Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United have all been mooted as possible destinations for the player.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with Miguel Almiron in the last few weeks with reports claiming that Arsenal have agreed to pay around £11m (€13m) for him in the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old was in sensational form for Atlanta United in the recently concluded regular season in the MLS.
He scored 13 goals and provided 11 assists in 35 appearances for the Atlanta-based outfit.
His impressive outings in the MLS drew the attention of Premier League sides to his quality.
