Three-time European champions Manchester United won’t make a move for West Ham United forward Marko Arnautovic until the summer at least.
The Austrian international star has emerged as a transfer target for the Red Devils in the last few months with earlier reports claiming that Manchester United will make a £50m bid for him when the winter transfer window reopens in few weeks time.
Manchester United were said to be keen on boosting their ailing forward options with the addition of the former FC Twente and Werder Bremen player.
The Red Devils have struggled in both the defensive and attacking departments in the new season.
Star striker Romelu Lukaku is out of form and in the midst of a goal drought spanning eleven games.
In stark contrast, Arnautovic has been in impressive form for West Ham United in the new campaign and he could be a fantastic addition to the Manchester United setup.
The latest report from trusted English media outlet TalkSport, however, says that Manchester United will delay their move for the 29-year-old until the summer.
It was also revealed that a transfer for Arnautovic is dependent on whether club manager Jose Mourinho stays beyond the end of this season.
