It has been revealed that Turkish Super Lig outfit Fenerbahce met with Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas over a possible move away from the Stamford Bridge in the coming winter transfer window.
Fenerbahce are interested in the Spanish man who is reported to be seeking a move away from the club after failing to secure regular playing time at the Stamford Bridge with the coming of manager Maurizio Sarri.
The former Barcelona man believes he still has what it takes to play at the top level and will not accept to remain on the bench at the West London club.
Sports Witness, therefore, reports that the former Arsenal star and his representative Darren Dein have been contacted by the Turkish outfit with an agreement already reached in principle.
However, there are no chances that the player will have more games in the club knowing that he has not started any Premier League game this season. He is forcing a move away from the club.
Suggestions are that Fabregas will not rush into signing any deal with Fenerbahce as he is expected to consider other offers that are expected to come in for him.
Fabregas has opened the door for a return to Arsenal, his former side but has been told there is no room for him.
