From every indication, Chelsea’s first transfer dealings might have been confirmed with the reports that Super Eagles defender Ola Aina will be having a permanent switch to Italian Serie A side Torino.
Ola Aina is currently having his loan spell with the Italian side but he is not favoured to return to the Stamford Bridge with Maurizio Sarri not having him in his plans in the nearest future.
The Super Eagles player has therefore impressed Torino and they are believed to be interested in having his signature on a permanent basis by activating his £7 million release clause.
The Super Eagles defender will be happy to have a regular playing time which he cannot have at the Stamford Bridge anytime soon.
He has been handed 11 games so far this season after his loan move in the summer and has scored a goal which is more acceptable to him than sitting on the bench in West London.
Meanwhile, Ola Aina was involved in the Nigerian team that played during the Russia 2018 World Cup as well as the African Nations Cup qualifiers games that were recently played in the last international window.
He is believed to want a first-team football at the club so as to be able to win a call-up from the national team.
