The English Premier League outfit Chelsea are making efforts to take advantage of the poor start of the Spanish giants Real Madrid to tempt star forward Isco away from the club.

Despite having a number of options in their middle, The Blues are keen to replace former Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas who is reported to be on his way out of the club.

Isco has been identified as the best option who can fill the gap and also easily adapt to the playing system introduced by the Italian manager Maurizio Sarri at the Stamford Bridge.

The Spanish attacker has been able to prove he is one of the best in the team despite the fact that Los Blancos struggled to win games this season which led to the sack of their former coach.

The Former Napoli boss is believed to be serious in the bid for Isco and has told the management of his wish to have him move to England in coming weeks when the winter transfer window opens.

Meanwhile, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola who is also a big fan of the player having watched him play severally during his spell with Barcelona is reported to be monitoring the player.
