Finally, Arsenal Make Enquiry In Pursuit Of Barcelona Star

North London giants Arsenal have made a big step in their quest to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona when the winter transfer window reopens in the next few weeks.
The Gunners have made an enquiry about his availability for a transfer and are confident that they can pull off a deal for the 21-year-old.
The Arsenal enquiry was confirmed via a publication from transfer news outlet Caughtoffside.
Dembele has struggled to meet expectations at Barcelona in the wake of his multi-million euros move to the Nou Camp.
The former Rennes player joined Barcelona from German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund for a reported fee of €105m plus an additional €35m in add-ons.
His debut season at the club was blighted by injuries but still managed to weigh in with four goals and eight assists in 23 appearances in all competitions as he helped the Catalan giants win both the Spanish La Liga title and the Spanish Copa Del Rey title.
Dembele has had to battle with disciplinary issues in the new campaign (second Barcelona season for him) thus leading to transfer rumours of a move away from the club.
European heavyweights such as Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have all been linked with a possible transfer for him.
He has scored six goals and provided two assists in 15 games in all competitions this season.
