Chelsea boss has finally agreed to release highly rated star Ethan Ampadu to have a loan move in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.
Reports according to Nizaar Kinsella of Goal.com says the decision was made by the Italian boss in order to hand the youngster the opportunity of gaining a first-team experience to enhance his progress.
Also, with the prospect already shown by the Wales international, there is a need for the West London side to keep him away from suitors who are already monitoring his progress.
Ethan Ampadu was subject to speculations of leaving the club because of the lack of playing time at the Stamford Bridge despite his huge talent and that is why the Italian boss made the decision ahead of the winter window.
The 18-year-old has been identified as part of the future of the West London team which is the reason why interests from Cardiff, Aston Villa and Derby County has been turned down.
Ethan Ampadu started making his name when he played for Exeter City as he became the youngest player to appear for the club’s first team at the age of 15.
It is unclear how long Ethan Ampadu will remain on loan but he will definitely be recalled as soon as there is a need for him at the Stamford Bridge.
