Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has reportedly told French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) to sign Gunners midfielder Aaron Ramsey at the end of his contract in North London.
According to Paris United via Daily Mirror, the 69-year-old tactician gave a glowing recommendation about the Welsh international star when he recently met with PSG manager Thomas Tuchel.
Aaron Ramsey is on his way out of the Emirates Stadium after the Arsenal hierarchy failed to offer him a new contract despite the fact that he has less than a year on his current deal.
His Arsenal contract will expire at the end of the current season.
Arsenal had earlier ordered him a contract extension only for the club withdraw the offer in September.
The decision has led to doubts over his long-term future at the club with other European heavyweights like Juventus, AC Milan, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Bayern Munich said to be interested in a free transfer move for him next summer.
Recent reports claim that German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have made a breakthrough in negotiations with his representatives and that the former Cardiff City playmaker is in line for a free transfer move to the Bavarian giants at the end of the season.
