Man United Keen To Sign £133m Rated Player To Boost Defence
Premier League giants Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing experienced fullback Jordi Alba who’s in a contract standoff with his club.
Alba plays his club football for Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona and he’s widely regarded by many as one of the top two left-backs in world football alongside Real Madrid and Brazilian left-back Marcelo.
The future of the Spanish international star is unclear at Barcelona following the inability of the club officials to offer him a new contract thus leading to transfer rumours linking him with a move to the Premier League with Manchester United.

Jordi Alba has less than two years left on his Barcelona contract meaning that the Catalan giants are in a position to offer him a new contract or cash in on him next summer when he has one year left on his deal.
The Spaniard has a release clause of £133m according to the publication from bristolpost.
Jordi Alba is presently in the twilight of his career and he would be a good addition to the Manchester United squad though it could relegate current first choice left-back, Luke Shaw to the bench.
England international star Shaw recently signed a new contract at Manchester United.
