Emerging reports indicates that Chelsea target Daniele Rugani has started preparing for life in London after it was reported that he has begun learning English ahead of the January window.

The Italian was linked with the Blues some days back with contacts reported to have been made. It seems there is an understanding between both parties and the player is sure of a deal as he as with his latest move.

It was earlier reported that the player is disappointed with his lack of playing time at Juventus and will want to link up with his Chelsea but Chelsea are told they will have to pay within the range of £30 million to have his signature.

However, Chelsea are expected to move for the player with a bid in the January transfer window since there is a sign of an agreed deal for the player.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are also reported to be interested in a deal for the player but they seem not to be favourite in this case knowing that they will not be fully involved in the January transfer market.

With the transfer window yet to be declared open, Chelsea are sure to be involved with manager Sarri already handed the boost of funds.
