Manchester United will have to fend off Spanish competition in their bid to sign highly-rated teenage midfielder Ronaldo Camara ahead of the upcoming transfer window in January.
This is according to the report from renowned Portuguese news portal Record via caughtoffside.
The report further revealed that the 15-year-old Benfica star could follow in the footsteps of players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Nani and Anderson Oliveira.
The trio of Ronaldo, Nani and Anderson swapped Portugal for England at a young age after they signed for the Red Devils.
The three players had a successful and trophy-laden career at Old Trafford especially Ronaldo.

The Portuguese international captain won the 2008 World Player of the Year Award while he was at the club after playing a big role in the Red Devils’ Champions League triumph in the summer of 2008.
The Juventus star then went on to make a then world record transfer to Real Madrid.
The Champions League holders paid £80m for the 33-year-old in 2009 and he thereafter emerged as the Los Merengues’ record goalscorer during his nine-year spell at the club.
Ronaldo Camara could follow the same route as his namesake though Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona are also interested in signing him.
