French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are reportedly interested in signing Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
According to the report from The Sun via sport360, the French champions are ready to offer Alexis Sanchez a lifeline by making a move for him during the next transfer window in January.
PSG are ready to rescue him from his nightmare at Manchester United.
The Chilean forward has had a torrid time at the club since he sealed a January move from top four rivals Arsenal.
Alexis Sanchez signed a four-and-a-half year contract with the Red Devils following his swap deal transfer from the Gunners.
His contract is said to be worth around £500,000 as salary on a weekly basis.
The swap deal involved Armenian international playmaker Henrikh Mkhitaryan who moved in the other direction.
Since his move to Manchester United, the expensive flop has scored just four goals in 28 appearances in all competitions and has also been dropped from the team on several occasions.
His Manchester United form is in stark contrast to the one he showed while he was with Arsenal.
Alexis Sanchez was regarded as one of the best players in the Premier League while he was with the Gunners.
He won two FA Cup titles with the North Londoners during his time at the club.
