Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has hinted that he is not ready for a reunion with his former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
The Spanish giants are desperate for a change of a manager with Julen Lopetegui looking to be on the verge leaving the club anytime soon and Conte has been identified as the available candidate for the job.
Courtois, who had a transfer from the Stamford Bridge had worked under Conte and pair seem to have a not-too-good relationship when they were together in England.
The Belgium stopper described the speculated move for the Italian manager as unbelievable. He added that he had left England for some negative reasons and fears it could be repeated in Spain if the manager signs.
The Spanish giants have suffered bad results this season following the exit of manager Zinedine Zidane and star player Cristiano Ronaldo with suggestions that they have not been replaced.
While Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been tipped as a replacement for Ronaldo, a deal to have him has been quite difficult with the West London side insisting on keeping him.
Should a deal fall through for Conte, what is being avoided for Courtois will become a reality with their relationship expected to be renewed.
