In-form Manchester United forward has reportedly made a dramatic u-turn and is set to sign a new contract with the Red Devils according to various media reports in France.
The 22-year-old was initially not interested in putting pen to paper on a long-term contract at Manchester United as per the report from the Daily Mirror last week but it seems the French international star has made a remarkable turnaround on that decision and is set to stay at the club for the long haul after his heroics against Chelsea at the weekend.
According to the report from RMC Sport via teamtalk, Anthony Martial is ready to sign a new Manchester United contract after admitting that he has no relationship strain with manager Jose Mourinho and that they have a player-manager relationship.
The former AS Monaco player has less than a year left on his current contract at Old Trafford but the Red Devils reserve the right to invoke a clause of an additional year until the end of the 2019/20.
Anthony Martial currently earns around £65,000 per week and his contract extension could take him to between €150,000 and €200,000.
The French forward has witnessed an upturn in form after netting three goals in the last two games.
