Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will now have nothing to worry about after the news that Sadio Mane is back from injury and fit to play.

This is a boost to the German manager whose side will face Red Star Belgrade this week.

The Senegal international had injured his thumb while on international break which ruled him out of Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Huddersfield at the weekend.

The Mane news remains a big one for Klopp who has had reasons to worry about during the international break with his players, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah injured but returned.

However, Mane is back and could be favoured by manager Jurgen Klopp to have a starting role in the Champions League game following reports that the German manager seeks to rotate his squad.

Liverpool will face Cardiff at the weekend after the Champions League clash before travelling to London the following week, where they will play Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Klopp hopes to bounce back with a win within the week after a 1-0 defeat suffered in the hands of Napoli in Italy.

The Reds boss has stated hinted on his wish to win the Premier League or any other title this season so as to confirm himself as a big coach who deserves the accolade.
