Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo, who is currently on loan with Leganes has been able to deliver a good news to his side.
Omeruo had suffered a knock in the 69th minute of his side’s game 1-1 game against Valencia at the Estadio de Mestalla on Saturday, October 20 and was immediately subbed out of the game.
There were fears he would be out for a longer period with CD Leganes announcing that the player had picked up an injury on Saturday but he has returned.
The Super Eagles defender revealed on social media that he will be available for the next game with hopes that he returns to training on Monday so as to ensure his fitness ahead of their clash against Atletico Madrid.
The Chelsea player has been moving from one club to the other in search of a first team football having been unable to seal a place in the heart of the West London defence.
It appears the young lad will not be allowed to leave the Stamford Bridge anytime soon as they have continued to lay hold on him despite his inability to make the team.
Omeruo had returned from loan only to be told by new manager Maurizio Sarri that he will not be having a place in his team.
