Liverpool were able to manage a 1-0 win over Huddersfield on Saturday but that is not enough to make manager Jurgen Klopp happy.

Klopp’s side grabbed all three points but the manager looked frustrated all through the game as he showed his displeasure at his side’s performance on the field.

The Reds have now moved to second place behind Manchester City but share same points with the league leaders.

It was, however, a difficult game for the visiting team owing to the fight given by Huddersfield with 13 attempts on goal in the game.

In his reaction, Klopp admitted it was a good game for the home team but could not say same for his side despite winning. He added that it was obvious he was frustrated on the touchline because his side’s performances were poor.

The German manager said all the good things done by his side were destroyed by the last passes his men made which to him is unacceptable.

He noted that much work is needed to be done by the players to correct some of the faults in the game against Huddersfield.

However, the Reds were saved by Egypt international who seems to be returning to his best with the only goal of the game.

Three-time European champions Manchester United are firmly focused on the task of signing Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele with few weeks left before the start of the upcoming transfer market.

The Sun believes that the Red Devils are a serious contender in the race to sign the French international midfielder.

Tanguy Ndombele is also attracting the interests of other Premier League sides like Chelsea, Liverpool and champions Manchester City.

It was further revealed that Lyon will only sell the player if they receive an offer of around £90m.

The 21-year-old broke into the Lyon team at the start of last season and he went on to score one goal in addition to providing eight assists in 50 appearances for the French club in all competitions.

He has started this season in similarly impressive fashion after scoring twice and providing four assists in 21 games for Lyon in all competitions.

Ndombele has shone for Lyon especially in the Champions League.

The young French midfielder impressed for Lyon in both matches against Premier League champions Manchester City in the Champions League.

Tanguy Ndombele and Lyon stunned the Citizens 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium in their first meeting before playing out a 2-2 draw at home to the same opponent.

He has become a full international for France after making his debut against European minnows Iceland in an international friendly in October.

Emerging reports indicate that West London side Chelsea are already keeping tabs on Everton star Richarlison with the hope of securing his signature.

The Brazilian has been impressive for the Toffees this season and he has caught the attention of big sides following his big-money move from Watford

Richarlison is known to be a technically gifted player who has blended with the rigorous demands of the English Premier League and has been tipped to make a success at the Stamford Bridge.

There are fears that Everton will have to let him go against their wish with the big interest and the luring offer that would be submitted for his signature.

Everton paid a whopping sum of £50 million for the signature of Richarlison which means the Blues will have to go more than that if they must have his signature.

The West London side are battling with the form of their forward as Spanish Pedro and Brazilian international Willian are not firing at the moment which gives manager Maurizio Sarri little concern.

However, the former Fluminense has had 14 appearances under his belt so far this season and has been able to deliver 7 goals with an assist to confirm his presence.
