A lot has been said about the refusal of Liverpool manager to feature Fabinho who was brought in from Monaco in the summer for a fee worth £40 million.

highly-rated rated Brazilian was thought to make a big impact in the German manager’s team, considering the big money that was invested in his signature but not even a single opportunity has been handed to him in the Premier League.

It was earlier thought that the Brazilian international was shy of competition in the already parked midfield but with the injury of James Milner, Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, it is expected he is now and it has not happened.

In his defence, Klopp remains bent on his decision not to play the player not minding the little options. He noted that he has got better players in the position.

However, the Reds boss hinted that Fabinho’s chance could be at the corner after saying the player is close. He noted the player has not been seen for about 10 days and cannot be judged.

He urged that the questions surrounding Fabinho be put to rest as there is no other reason for why the player has not been seen other than being unfit and having better options in his position.
