The player who has helped Hazard’s fine form will shock you
Sky Sports pundit Danny Higginbotham has stated that the man who should be praised for having Maurizio Sarri get the best from star player Eden Hazard is Olivier Giroud.
Hazard has been in fine form this season in addition to scoring goals for his side with manager Maurizio Sarri getting the praise for transforming the Belgium star into a different player.
However, Sarri’s efforts would not have been as effective as it is without the influence of the former Arsenal striker who has made Hazard’s work on the easier, according to Higginbotham.
The Sky Sports pundit said the World Cup winner suits Hazard and Pedro as well as he helps to keep away the centre-backs by making them busy so that his teammates can have their way to the box as easy as possible.
Giroud has only scored twice this season with four assists but it has been argued that his influence on the pitch goes beyond him scoring but helping others to score, an advantage the Belgium star has enjoyed the most.
Despite not scoring enough of goals as a striker, French striker has been able to keep Alvaro Morata on the bench and that it is expected to happen more if he keeps his form alive.
