Barcelona legend and former Ballon d’Or winner Rivaldo has stated that Chelsea’s Eden Hazard will solve the current problem at Real Madrid.

The Spanish giants’ poor results this season has been linked to the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo away from the Los Blancos.

The Portuguese player had left Spain on a big money transfer deal to Italian side Juventus where he is currently having a different fee of football on the other side.

The insinuation that Madrid are finding it difficult to win without Ronaldo will be over if the Spanish giants are able to secure the signing of the Belgium star, says Rivaldo.

The Belgium international has hinted on joining the Madrid because it will serve him the best chance of winning the Ballon d’Or award.

Although the Chelsea star had disclosed his readiness to hold talks with the West London club on a new deal, it believed that a move to Spain is imminent, either in the January window or the next summer transfer window.

Rivaldo described Hazard as a great player who has the ability to cover the Ronaldo space at Madrid and return the club back to winning ways.

Hazard has been in fine form this season sparking suggestions that this could be his best chance of winning the Ballon d’Or award.
