Former Liverpool striker, Robbie Fowler has stated that Mohamed Salah will still fire goals this season despite his slow start.
With only a few games played this season, the Egyptian has scored only 3 goals but is tipped to still reach the 44 goals he scored last season as there are still lots of games to hand him the front row in Premier League goal scorers.
Fowler who admitted that last season’s form might not be replicated by the Egyptian striker stated that he will still have it good this season as he remains the player he has been.
According to him, Salah is an excellent player who will soon discover his form with the hard work and push from manager Jurgen Klopp.
Klopp is also not worried about the goal drought from the former Chelsea player as he has asked the player to relax and keep working hard.
The German manager is positive of the situation knowing his side have not lacked goals as they are currently unbeaten in the Premier League as well as sitting in the 3rd in the league table.
Meanwhile, Klopp has requested that his players be allowed to rest as they have been involved in a number of stressed fixtures with no enough gaps between them.
