Chelsea scout Rob Winzar has assured the club that there is a better Frank Lampard in young lad Manson Mount.
Although he is still young, Winzer is confident that the Blues have finally found their replacement of legendary midfielder who has just a few years to begin his exploit.
Currently, with Derby County under manager and Mentor Lampard, Mount has scored some incredible goal as a midfielder and is a major part of the team.
Speaking to The Sun, the Chelsea scout said Mount can be England’s Luka Modric although not as good as the Croatia international but he has shown the potential like the world star to dictate games with his quality.
The Scout noted that the player still has a long way to go and has yet to achieve anything close to what Lampard and Modric have achieved in their career but with the level he currently operates, he could surpass both legends in the nearest possible future.
The player is with Lampard at Derby developing and is being monitored by Maurizio Sarri who has identified Mount as a player for the future.
Lampard is one of the greatest midfielder the West London club have ever produced in their history.
