Chelsea hero Michael Essien has advised star player Eden Hazard to remain at the Stamford Bridge and not be lured by the offers coming from Spanish side Real Madrid.
The Los Blancos are keen to have the Belgium international after losing star player Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus in the summer, with a lucrative offer being prepared for him.
The Spanish giants are currently underperforming and it has been linked to the absence of Ronaldo in the team. Madrid have identified Hazard as the only player who can fill the space.
However, the Ghanaian star urged the Belgium star to resist the offer when it comes in either the January window or later in the summer.
According to Essien, Hazard should remain where he finds his job as leaving could mean a halt in the happiness as he might not replicate his form with the La Liga giants.
Hazard has been in great form for Chelsea this season with manager Maurizio Sarri describing him as one of the best players in Europe.
The Belgium man has also been tipped to hand Chelsea the Premier League title this season should the form continues.
Chelsea have been warned to secure an additional leg to the attack so as to ease the burden off the player knowing that he might get tired before the campaign ends.
