Chelsea defender Toni Rudiger has revealed that new manager Maurizio Sarri has no guts to relegate Belgium player Eden Hazard to the bench like other players.
The London club could not fly past their Europa League visitors on Thursday until the intervention of the star player having started from the bench to help with the win.
In reaction to the 70th minutes win by a lone goal from Alvaro Morata, the defender stated heaped praise on the Belgium star and stated that the Italian manager cannot afford to place him on the bench.
According to him, no player except Hazard is guaranteed a first team play under the former Napoli boss.
Rudiger said Hazard is more than a player to the team but an example for others to follow.
Meanwhile, the Chelsea team have been rated low in their chances of winning any title this season because of their reliance on the Belgium player who has been in fine form this season.
Sarri has named him as one of the best players in Europe but he is still being limited to fall in the ranks of world stars because of his inability to have won neither the Champions League nor the World Cup.
