Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has challenged manager Maurizio Sarri that he and some of the players can also be useful to the team.

This is coming after Chelsea secured a narrow 1-0 win at the Stamford Bridge against MOI Vidi in the Europa game on Thursday night.

According to the former Arsenal player, he should also be considered for selection by the Italian manager in the Premier League.

Chelsea have recorded two wins in the Europa League after their first win against PAOK Salonika in Greece and the former Barcelona player stated that the performance of those that executed the game is a message to the former Napoli boss.

The Spanish midfielder stated that the game was his first start of the season in addition to players like Emerson, Gary Cahill, Victor Moses, Willy Caballero and Andreas Christensen who have all been snubbed in previous games.

Fabregas, therefore, stated that the season is becoming more challenging and stressful because of the many games that would be played; hence the manager will be left with no choice than to give other players playing time so that some players can be allowed to rest.

He said he had wished the London outfit are in the Champions League and not the Europa League.

Real Madrid’s fans would love what Hazard said when asked about his contract.
