Chelsea are enjoying a bright start to the 2018-19 season as they have gone nine games without a defeat.
The Blues changed their manager in the summer when Maurizio Sarri replaced his compatriot Antonio Conte, who didn’t have a cordial relationship with Roman Abramovic throughout the last campaign.
Since taken over from the former Juventus manager earlier in the year, Sarri has brought new atmosphere, new tactics into the team and players are loving what they’ve seen so far.
While revealing the secret behind their perfect start to life under Sarri, one of Chelsea’s oldest defender David Luiz told reporters that they are happy with the manager’s tactics and philosophy.
The Brazilian told Chelsea TV that there is peace and harmony in the dressing room and that makes everyone one feel comfortable and happy to play for Sarri.
He said Sarri has brought great excitement and happiness to the whole squad and teammates are eager to show their quality on the field of play when given the opportunity.
“Sarri is giving us a lot of happiness to play football. We are trying to enjoy. He (Sarri) gives us a lot of confidence. He shows us what he wants.” Luiz told Chelsea TV
Last season under Conte, David Luiz was a fringe part of the team, giving rise to reports that claimed Mourinho is looking to reunite with the player at Old Trafford during the summer transfer window.
However, Mourinho failed in his move for the no-nonsense defender as Chelsea decided to retain him beyond this season.
Chelsea to lose loanee in summer window
There are fears that the West London outfit Chelsea could part ways with their impressive youngster Fikayo Tomori who is currently on loan at the Championship side County Derby.
As a result of his impressive performance, Fikayo Tomori has been able to attract a number of suitors to himself with his loan club Derby County also interested in keeping him on a permanent deal.
Celtic have emerged as the latest and biggest suitor for the Chelsea star and they are keen to lure him with an offer which includes playing regularly in the first team.
Fikayo Tomori has been very consistent with the Manager Frank Lampard’s team as he has started 53 games for Derby County in the 56 games across all competitions.
However, it is yet to be seen if the West London outfit will let go of the star player as they have already identified him as a major part of the club future.
A number of Blues players are currently on loan but it has been revealed that one or two will have to return back to the club to give more options to manager Jurgen Klopp knowing that he will not have the opportunity to bring in new players in the summer window as a result of the transfer ban.
Done Deal!! Atletico Madrid conclude to land Chelsea star
Spanish La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid have decided to keep Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata at the club on a permanent basis after a 6-month loan spell already spent at the club.
The West London outfit Chelsea had sent the former Real Madrid forward out on loan after he failed to impress in the manager Maurizio Sarri team. He was immediately replaced by Argentina international Gonzalo Higuain who joined the Stamford Bridge from the Italian Serie A outfit Juventus.
Alvaro Morata who was less of performance at the Stamford Bridge seems to have found his mojo in the Spanish capital as Atletico Madrid are keen to keep him at the club on a permanent deal having had the option in the loan deal.
Atletico Madrid have arrived at the decision with fears that they could part ways with Antonie Griezmann who could be on his way to Real Madrid or Barcelona as soon as the summer window is opened.
However, it is suggested that Alvaro Morata failed to adapt with life in England and the style of the English Premier League after struggling for two years.
It is, therefore, suggested that he would fit in the Atletico Madrid team which already seems like home to him.
Chelsea legend linked with Sarri job makes incredible claim
There is tension at the West London outfit over the future of manager Maurizio Sarri ahead of the coming season with speculations that he could be sacked by Roman Abramovich, the club owner.
It has been reported that with the inconsistent result at the Stamford Bridge the Chelsea owner severally made attempts to sack the former Napoli boss but for unknown reasons, he has decided to cease fire.
Despite struggling, Maurizio Sarri has been able to secure a Champions League spot for the Blues team by managing to finish third in the Premier League table. He took the team to the Carabao Cup finals where he lost on penalties to Man City.
More to that is the fact that the Blues team will be playing in the Europa League finals against North London outfit Arsenal which is a major hope of landing a title this season.
However, it is reported that Roman Abramovich is still not comfortable with the sour relationship with Sarri and the fans which is the reason why he considers the club legend Frank Lampard for the job.
Frank Lampard who is doing a good job with Derby County has therefore reacted to the link as he claims he would not want to talk about any move to Chelsea despite his love and respect for the club. He insisted that he would remain with his Championship side.
Chelsea make U-turn on Gonzalo Higuain
The decision by the West London outfit Chelsea to land Gonzalo Higuain a permanent stay at the club has been changed with reports claiming that the Blues will not seek to activate the £31.6 million buy clause in his loan deal.
The Argentina international joined the Blues team from the Italian Serie A outfit Juventus on a loan deal to help the team with their lack of cutting edge but that did not happen as he has failed to establish himself in the team.
Not minding the transfer ban on the team, reports according to Daily Mail claim that the West London outfit will no longer keep the player than necessary even if they will not be able to bring back Spanish striker Alvaro Morata to the team.
The reports add that the West London outfit have concluded to give France international Olivier Giroud a one-year contract extension as he is also considering a move away from the club.
It is therefore yet to be seen if Chelsea will be able to convince the World Cup winner into staying at the Stamford Bridge with suggestions that his mind might have been made up.
Meanwhile, the Blues team are hoping that the transfer ban on the team can be upturned before the summer window is opened.
Deal close!! Chelsea win as Hudson Odoi is close to agreeing a 5-year-deal
The West London outfit Chelsea have emerged winner in this case as they have been able to convince England international youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi to remain at the club despite his wish to leave.
It has claimed that Callum Hudson-Odoi has now agreed to remain and would sign a five-year-deal at the Stamford Bridge and that is expected to put a final rest to the speculations surrounding his future.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has been linked to a number of top-sides but German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich have been keen on his signature as they have insisted on landing him in this summer window.
The Bundesliga outfit had submitted two different offers, according to reports but they were all rejected by the Blues team.
This forced manager Maurizio Sarri to hand Callum Hudson-Odio more playing time to be able to convince him of a future at the club and that seems to have worked with the play now agreeing to remain.
However, reports claim that the West London outfit have assured Callum Hudson-Odoi of regular playing time in the manager Maurizio Sarri team and that was the condition that was met before he accepted to put pen to paper for more years at the Stamford Bridge.
Abramovich makes “Chelsea open to all” claim
West London outfit Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has reacted to the incessant anti-Semitism around the worlds by giving his own take on what his home ground looks like.
The Jewish billionaire has raised concern over the ugly development, noted that it would result in an uncontrollable hatred if not tackled in its early stage.
The Chelsea owner had made this claim after his team defeated MLS side New England Revolution by 3-0 in a friendly game held as part of the London club’s “Say No to Antisemitism campaign”
He noted that the game of football as a club owner is far beyond winning trophies but to ensure some positives in the community.
Roma Abramovich noted that the club has been created to welcome everyone, stressing that the diverse culture and religion is usually being celebrated at the Stamford Bridge as he urged all to ensure that the evil is stopped in the society.
However, the game also helped the Blues team to be in a competitive mood ahead of the highly anticipated Europa League finals against Arsenal later in the month.
Having managed to secure qualification to the Champions League with a top-four finish on the English Premier League table, Chelsea have got the Europa League as their chance of winning a title this season.
Done Deal: Chelsea target finally decides future
The West London outfit Chelsea have been linked with the signature of Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi for a long time and this coming summer transfer window presents another opportunity to land the star player.
The Blues team have suffered lack of cutting edge in the course of the just concluded season and that has to be corrected as Argentina international Gonzalo Higuain and France international Olivier Giroud have all failed to score goals as expected.
The reason why the Argentina international was brought in on loan in the last January winter transfer window has failed to materialize as he has also been goal shy.
However, the Blues are already considering the signature of v with manager Maurizio Sarri reported to being a big fan of the star player but that will be largely determined by the outcome of the transfer ban on the team by FIFA.
However, it has been revealed that Mauro Icardi has made up his mind to remain at the San Siro with claims that he is already aware of the coming of former Blues boss and Italian manager Antonio Conte.
Mauro Icardi is believed to be a big fan of the Italian manager and will seek to work with him at Inter Milan.
Can Chelsea’s most ambitious transfer window still happen?
The West London outfit Chelsea seem to be the most ambitious club ahead of this coming summer transfer window but that is obviously being threatened at the moment as they might not land a single deal.
The Blues team have been linked with a number of names, most of which are big money deals with suggestions that the owner will sanction most to ensure they compete in the coming season, especially now that they have been able to secure qualification to the Champions League with a top-four finish.
However, there are fears that all of these might no longer happen as it is clear that the Bleus team are yet to be granted the permission to register any new player after the transfer ban that has been placed on the team.
The West London outfit were accused of going against the transfer rules which made the world football governing ban them from registering any player for the next two transfer windows.
Meanwhile, they have headed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport where the final appeal would be heard and that is expected to determine if the Blues team will fulfill their ambition of having a robust team and winning titles in the coming season.
Deal ON!!! Everton want to sign this former Chelsea player
The Emerging report claims that Merseyside outfit Everton are set to bring in former West London outfit Chelsea star winger Bertrand Traore in this coming summer transfer window.
It is revealed that Everton manager Marco Silva is a big fan of the star player and will do all it takes to land him to help his team ahead of the coming season challenge.
It is suggested that Bertrand Traore had already established himself in the Blues Academy before being sent on loan to Vitesse and Ajax before he was finally sold in 2017 to Lyon. He is currently doing well in the French Ligue 1 as reported.
Reports claim that Marco Silva has been monitoring Bertrand Traore in France and he is now convinced that he can be asked to return to the English Premier League anytime soon.
However, it is claimed that the Ligue 1 outfit will not let Bertrand Traore leave the club for a cheap price as he is a prized asset for the team, knowing that he is a player for now and the future.
Meanwhile, with the interest already shown by manager Marco Silva, it is expected that the Merseyside outfit will meet with Bertrand Traore’s asking price.
Chelsea news: Real Madrid change decision on Eden Hazard’s move, Liverpool to blame
Emerging reports claim that Liverpool’s win over Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona has forced Real Madrid to change their decision to announce the capture of Belgium international Eden Hazard for a future date.
It is claimed that the Spanish giants had planned to announce the signing of the Chelsea playmaker on June 1 after the Champions League finals but that will no longer as details of the change in plan were not given.
It was expected that Eden Hazard would have played his last game for Chelsea but with their qualification to the finals of Europa League, he will still have one more game to play before bidding goodbye to the Stamford Bride.
