Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is unlikely to get his dream move to Spanish giants Barcelona if a report from popular Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo is anything to go by.
According to the report, Barcelona don’t have the financial capability to pull off a move for the France World Cup winner ahead of the January transfer window.
Paul Pogba is currently valued at £200m by Manchester United in addition to a salary demand of £10.7m per annum (around £205,000 on a weekly basis).
His agent Mino Raiola is also expected to receive a huge commission running into millions of pounds ahead of any potential move for the former Juventus star.
Paul Pogba was linked with a move to Spanish champions Barcelona during the summer and the links have soared in the wake of the recent war of words between the midfielder and his manager, Jose Mourinho.
The Portuguese tactician and Pogba have always been at loggerheads since the duo linked up at the club in the summer of 2016 and the latest installment of their feud came after the last league game against newly promoted outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
Pogba was highly critical of Mourinho’s tactics after the Red Devils played out a disappointing 1-1 draw at Old Trafford and this led to him being stripped of his vice-captain duties at the club.
