Chelsea are closing in as they plan a swoop for Federico Chiesa as their potential January transfer target.
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is combing for more spectacular playing option to join triumvirate with Hazard and Giroud or Morata upfront and a player like Chiesa is worth plunging.
The Blues have well documented their chances of becoming the title favourite owing to their recent performance which goes beyond the masterpiece of Sarri’s intelligence.
There is no doubt that the club who was known for massive defense and attack and signing physically strong players who can stand pound-for-pound with players have now changed focus to lightened, diminutive and possessive minded players.
No doubt that Chiesa who may not be as minute as Hazard but he’s skilful to an extent.
He looks more like a player for the future as the 20-year-old player has positioned himself as the upcoming prospects in Italy.
Chelsea currently have both Willian and Pedro in their 30’s, planning for younger talent would be an option in Sarri’s watch.
Chelsea are known for loaning players to different clubs while hoping they would improve before returning to Stamford Bridge but Sarri’s inculcated style could be very easy for neophytes to adapt as seen in Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek who are already creeping into the first XI, perhaps this could encourage Chiesa to join the London club.
Few other clubs are also vying to bring in the deft player including Napoli and Juventus but it is likely that Chiesa will join Chelsea.
