Chelsea fans may not have anything to grumble on at the moment because they are in flying form, given that they’ve won 4 out of 4 matches making them second behind league leaders Liverpool on goal difference.
Though the Blues won but Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri earlier complained about the defense before the match against AFC Bournemouth as they conceded twice woefully from an already used pattern that ought to have been blocked by more energetic defensive back-line.
David Luiz has however been a subject matter to the fans as they complained about his slothful defending. An example was seen against Newcastle United when the Brazilian was not conscious of Joselu’s run before making the effort to give Newcastle hope with a sublime header.
Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte already changed his mind towards using the Brazilian below Andreas Christensen in his pecking order but current manager started David Luiz in his 4:3:3 formation that saw Chelsea play an attacking football for the first time.
Despite scoring 10 goals so far, the Blues have yet conceded 3 goals in four matches and would have conceded even more against Arsenal and Bournemouth.
Fans have reacted concerning the back-line and urged Sarri to replace Luiz with the Danish defender.
Chelsea recently shared a post on Twitter promoting a feature with Ruben Loftus-Cheek from their official website. Within the piece, he claimed that young Danish defender Andreas Christensen was his ‘partner in crime’.

The fans literally seek for fresh and young defenders that want to improve instead of Luiz who is already getting close to evening of his game.
Do you agree with the fans?
