Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba might be returning back home due to ‘homesickness’
Though the Frenchman has left home since 2016 when he joined the Red Devils from Juventus, Italian media outlet Tutto Sports are reporting that the player is missing the treatment he received while at the Turin club and he could be heading back to the Scudetto Champions in January.
According to the source, Pogba is looking at the prospect of re-joining the Serie A side in January so as to play alongside one of the world’s most decorated footballers Cristiano Ronaldo.
During his time with the Old Lady, Pogba helped them to five back-to-back Serie A titles. Though his awesome performance couldn’t help them to Champions League Trophy, the Frenchman was nominated for Balon d’Or award.
Since his move to the Old Trafford outfits, the playmaker has failed to wow the Red Devils supporters as he isn’t consistent in his performance for the Premier League giants.
It is yet to be seen if the Red Devils would want to sell the player back to Juventus for the second time after letting him go to the Serie A giants in 2012 during Alex Ferguson’s reign at the club.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are credited with an interest in the brilliant midfielder during the summer window but both clubs were unable to get him.
