Jurgen Klopp kept faith in the 28-year-old midfielder who is yet to find form, when he started against Leicester City.
Even though the fans were happy to see a victory at the King Power Stadium, they were still concerned about the rustiness of Jordan Henderson.
Though he looked decent in the three appearances he made while coming in as a substitute but a lot of questions will be asked why Klopp did not try to bring in Fabinho as well.
Henderson’s presence on the pitch lightened up the strength of the bodies in the midfield which made their manager change him in the second half.
One of the fans on Twitter (Jamie Randy) said:
This is perhaps the time for big money spenders and last season finalist to aim for the title: in doing so, they just have to avoid any errors. Cause as league leaders, every other clubs will just want to win to boost their morale.
If Liverpool doesn’t want to miss out this season, they just need to be very sensitive to microscopic details.

Needless to say, YNWA side are known to be very energetic and indefatigable throughout 90 minutes but its not so with the captain who filled Steven Gerald’s and Alonso’s space.
Klopp may claim that Fabinho is defensive minded that he needed him to change his mindset to something different but why is his captain still plays at this level is another questions left to be asked.
However, He will not be written off because he has really impressed under Rogers and his present coach.
There is one quality he has that Klopp loves to see, which is keeping the tempo of the game in their favour.
We may not completely agree with the fans idea of classifying the versatile midfielder as a liability . We believe that when he’s s at his peak he can not be matched.
Liverpool will face Tottenham Hotspur after the international break but question remains if the captain will start again.
