Report emanated last night via Goal.com claims that Arsenal youngster Reiss Nelson is set to join Bundesliga side Hoffenheim as he sought for regular game time for the rest of the season.

The youngster was reportedly on the verge of signing a new five-year contract during Arsene Wenger’s reign at the Emirates Stadium but the player shockingly rescinded his decision over the new deal as he is is not certain of getting much first-team action under Unai Emery this season.

Having heard of Nelson’s reported switch to the Bundesliga side, Arsenal fans couldn’t hide their disappointments as they took to Twitter to call on Sven Mislintant to block the deal from materializing.

“Reiss Nelson leaving for first-team opportunities when I just watched Mkhitaryan drop a 4.9 match rating at home to West Ham United ” one fan tweets via his account.

“Why the fuck are we selling Reiss Nelson ?? One of the best talents we’ve had coming through the ranks for years” another passionate Arsenal fan asked rhetorically.

The Gunners fans are not happy that the young impressive winger would be leaving the Emirates Stadium this month, therefore, they have charged Unai Emery to promise him much game-time so as to convince him to remain at the club for more seasons.

However, it is understood that the youngster won’t be leaving the Emirates Stadium on a permanent deal, this means the North London club will have their bright star by the end of the season.

Emery might also recall him from the loan deal at the course of the campaign, should there be any form of injury crises in the team.
