Liverpool have officially overtaken Arsenal in the list of the busiest Premier League clubs at the current transfer window.
The Gunners were initially the busiest club among the League’s top-six clubs when they spent £70m to upgrade their club early this month.
However, Liverpool have leapfrogged the Gunners from that position after splashing a whopping sum of £200m on new players.
Keita, Fabinho, Shaqiri, Alisson, Brewster and one new signing have been completed by Jurgen Klopp —who is also eyeing a move for Croatian star Vida to round up his involvement in the transfer market.
Having spent so much to capture all these players, it important and expected that the German will sell some of his players while some would be loaned out so as to recover parts of the money spent so far.
Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic is one player who is on the verge of leaving Anfield Stadium on a loan deal before the end of the ongoing transfer market.
Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock — in one of his press conferences — told reporters that the 22-year-old is set to join his team for the coming season.
He further revealed that he’s reached an agreement with the Reds but the deal is being delayed by Grujic, who hasn’t agreed to Personal terms with the newly promoted Premier League club.
“Liverpool have made it clear they’d like Marko to come with us and there is an agreement in place. It’s just about him agreeing now.”he said.
Grujic was with the Bluebirds last season as he helped them gain promotion to the country’s top flight League in the coming season.
