Good News For Arsenal As Alex Iwobi Nears New Deal Amid Transfer Rumors.
Arsenal youngster Alex Iwobi is set to extend his contract with the Gunners despite report linking him with a move to Serie A ahead of next season.
The 22-year-old is a regular player under Arsene Wenger but there are fears that he might have no future at the club under Unai Emery.
However, the fear seems to have been taking away as the Sunday Mirror claimed that the winger is set to sign an improved offer from the Gunners.
They also suggest that the former Paris St-German manager is hoping to help improve the player in his finishing.
Iwobi is known as a player who has a very weak end product and Emery is set to ready to work with him to tutor him on how to convert most of his chances.
The player already knows that he needs to up his game if he must get regular action under the Spanish manager.
While speaking to reporters about his future at the Emirates Stadium, the youngster admits that he is ready to work his socks off to convince the gaffer that he deserves much game-time in the next season.
However, it remains unknown if the Gunners will still love to send the player out on loan deal to Lazio.
Everton are also linked with the Nigerian international as Marco Silva believes the youngster would add more tricks to his team’s display at the flank or at the middle of the pitch depending on how he use him.
