Guardiola Not Interested In Any Midfielder After Jorginho’s Heartbreak.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is no longer interested in bringing new midfielder to the Etihad Stadium before the start of next season as he is yet to get over the disappointment he encountered over Jorginho’s decision to join the Blues.

It was believed that the Italian midfielder was on the verge of signing for the Citizens last month but it was shocking when reporters revealed that Maurizio Sarri has convinced the player to join him at Stamford Bridge ahead of next season.

According to Goal, Pep- who is linked with a move for Juventus star Miralem Pjanic- has shut his door to any midfielder.

This means the Premier League defending Champions are satisfied with the numbers and quality of players they already possess since last season.

However, Pjanic could still be in Guardiola’s transfer plan this summer as there are huge chances that the former Barcelona manager would change his mind before the end of the ongoing transfer market.

Manchester City are also said to be keeping a close tab on Chelsea target Kovacic and Manchester United target Thiago Alcantara but the club are unwilling to pay huge money for their services.

Next season will be a great one as all the top-five clubs are presently involved in buying new players, though Tottenham seem to be lagging behind in the race to sign new players.
