Chelsea Star Eden Hazard Nears Madrid’s Switch As Both Clubs Reach Agreement.

Chelsea Star Eden Hazard is on the verge of joining Real Madrid this summer as reports claim that the Blues have reached a €190m (£170m/$222m) deal with their Spanish counterpart over the Belgian’s future.

The Los Blancos have been monitoring the 28-year-old playmaker for a very long time but the Blues were reluctant to let him go.

Having sanctioned Ronaldo’s switch to Juventus last week, the Spanish giants are more desperate to capture Hazard’s signature this summer so as to serve as the Portuguese replacement when the 2018-19 season begins in August.

According to Goal.com via Le10Sport, Madrid President Florentino Perez has offered a mouthwatering bid for the Belgian international and the Blues are set to accept the deal, even if they are not ready to partway with the impressive and versatile midfielder, who can also feature as a winger on both flanks.

The former Lille player has reportedly told his Chelsea teammates that he wants a move to Santiago Bernabeu this summer as it has been his childhood dream to play for the Los Blancos before the end of his successful Career.

Since joining the West London outfits in 2012, Hazard has played 300 matches, scoring 89 goals and 70 assists in the process.
