Confirmed ! United Flop On His Way To Reunite With Ajax
Manchester United flop Daley Blind is on his way back to the Eredivisie side Ajax as they have reached an agreement with the Red Devils for his signature.
The Dutchman has had a four-year spell to forget at Old Trafford as he failed to impress José Mourinho throughout last campaign.
Blind joined the Old Trafford outfits from Ajax for £13.8m in 2014 during Louis Van Gaal’s reign as manager but he failed to establish himself as a regular starter after his compatriot’s departure.
Mourinho is now ready to release him for an initial deal worth £14m but reports suggest that the offer could increase to £18m before the end of negotiations between the two parties.
Daley Blind must up his game if he eventually wants to rejuvenate his career at the Eredivisie League in the coming season.
In other United transfer news, Mourinho is willing to sanction Matteo Darmian’s move away from the Theater of Dreams in the coming weeks so as to create much space for new signings.
Just as his compatriot Blind, Darmian was brought to Old Trafford by Van Gaal but he isn’t good enough to break into Mourinho’s first eleven.
There are a huge number of clubs vying for his signature but he might be on his way to the Italian side with Juventus and AC Milan leading the chase for his signature.
